Senior Executive / Executive - Audit & Partner Lifecycle Management

• Conduct regular field visits to Distribution Houses and Uddokta Points across assigned regions as per the approved audit plan.

• Verify compliance with Nagad policies, operational procedures, and Bangladesh Bank MFS guidelines.

• Identify policy violations, operational risks, irregularities, and potential fraud during field audits.

• Prepare timely audit reports with observations, supporting evidence, and recommendations for corrective actions.

• Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely closure of identified gaps.

• Coordinate with Regional Sales Teams, Distribution Houses, and relevant stakeholders to resolve audit observations.

• Participate in special audits, spot checks, investigations, and other audit assignments as directed by management.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

• Concentration in business administration or a relevant discipline.
• MBA/ Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage.

• Age At least 24 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): MFS, Telecommunication, FMCG, Banks, Financial Technology (Fintech), Distribution.
• Experience in Distribution Audit, Regional Sales, Sales Operations, Compliance, Retail Operations, or Field Inspection will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.
• Strong integrity and professional ethics.
• Data-driven with strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
