Job Description
Planning & Design Implementation
Project Supervision & Management
Oversee Construction
Staff Supervision: Direct and manage labor, subcontractors, and site teams.
Schedule Management & Monitor progress against schedules and report delays.
Budget Control & Manage resources and costs to stay within budget.
Quality & Safety Assurance
Quality Control, inspect work, conduct tests, and ensure adherence to specifications.
Safety Compliance, Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Communication & Reporting
Stakeholder Liaison & Coordinate with architects, clients, and other stakeholders.
Reporting: Prepare progress reports, daily site reports, and technical documentation.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Building & Construction Materials
Education
- Diploma in Civil
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
