Manager (Accounts and Finance)

Job Context:

Ena Food & Beverage Ltd. is looking for a candidate for the position of Manager (Accounts & Finance). He will have to prepare ERP based monthly financial statement and will supervise company’s TAX and VAT issues.

Workplace: Head office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare periodical financial statement for the management and govt. regulatory bodies by maintaining IFRS and IAS.
• Ensure for reconciliation of customer’s and supplier’s ledger balance on monthly basis.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts and cash books to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise and guide the Accounts & Finance team to ensure efficient, error-free day-to-day operations;
• Supervise vendor payments, accounts payable, and procurement bills.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information;
• Maintain compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and corporate policies;
• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial planning;
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain proper compliance as per VAT and TAX related Act and Rules.
• Prepare all VAT and TAX related documents and ensure yearly return submission to the authority.
• Maintain compliance relating to TDS & VDS and will ensure submission to govt. authority.

• 7 to 10 years

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) with major in Accounting or in Finance.
• Must be a CA CC or CMA partly qualified or fully qualified.

• Age 35 to 50 years

• Skills Required: ERP DreamApps, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience Requirements

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, VAT and Tax.
• The applicants having working experience in FMCG will get top priority.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, VAT, TAX, Customs, RJSC and financial regulations.
