Fashion Step Group is expanding its Creative R&D Team and is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Photo Editor (Fashion) to produce world-class visual content for global buyers and marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for professionals who excel in fashion image editing, color accuracy, retouching, and digital asset management while maintaining brand consistency and delivering high-volume work within tight deadlines.

Position Overview

The Photo Editor (Fashion) will be responsible for post-production of garment and product photography, ensuring every image meets buyer and brand standards. The role requires strong expertise in Photoshop, Lightroom, ghost mannequin editing, color correction, and efficient management of digital assets to support product launches and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional image editing, color correction, retouching, cropping, background removal, and ghost mannequin editing for fashion products
• Ensure accurate garment colors, textures, fit, and product details while maintaining brand and buyer standards
• Manage image post-production workflows using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
• Organize, transfer, archive, and maintain digital files with proper naming conventions and folder structures
• Prepare optimized images across platforms, websites, catalogs, presentations, and marketing materials
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and visual content for buyers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain secure backup and digital asset management to prevent data loss
• Support the Lead Photographer during product photography, collection launches, and urgent business requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of high-volume editing assignments while maintaining exceptional quality standards

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Professional Photographers

• Diploma

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Photography, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a relevant discipline

• Age 20 to 40 years

• Proven experience in fashion photo editing, preferably within garments, retail, fashion, or e-commerce industries
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
• Strong expertise in Ghost Mannequin Editing, Color Correction, Image Retouching, Clipping Path, Background Removal, and Image Optimization
• Experience preparing digital assets for websites & platforms, buyer presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Excellent file management, digital asset organization, and backup practices
• Ability to handle multiple projects and high-volume workloads within tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, communication, and teamwork
