Senior Executive, Service & Spare Parts (Construction Equipment)

ACI Motors Limited, a subsidiary of ACI PLC, is a leading provider of automobile, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and power solutions in Bangladesh. The Construction Equipment Business offers a range of reliable and advanced equipment to support infrastructure, industrial, and development projects across the country.

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Service & Spare Parts (Construction Equipment).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate preventive maintenance, breakdown service, inspection, and repair activities for construction equipment.

• Provide timely technical support to customers and field service teams to minimize equipment downtime.

• Monitor service requests, job progress, turnaround time, and service completion against agreed timelines.

• Plan and maintain adequate spare parts inventory based on equipment population, consumption trends, and customer demand.

• Prepare spare parts forecasts, requisitions, quotations, and delivery plans to ensure timely availability.

• Coordinate with overseas principals, suppliers, procurement, and supply chain teams for technical support and parts sourcing.

• Maintain accurate records of service history, warranty claims, spare parts usage, and customer complaints.

• Conduct customer visits to identify service needs, assess equipment condition, and strengthen customer relationships.

• Promote service contracts, maintenance packages, genuine spare parts, and other after-sales solutions.

• Monitor service and spare parts performance indicators, including response time, parts availability, service revenue, and customer satisfaction.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Automobile, Toiletries

• B.Sc./ Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Power Engineering.

• 2-5 Years of hands-on experience in service, spare parts.
