Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, setup, and serve shisha/hookah according to customer specifications and flavor preferences.
• Manage coal replacement, bowl cleaning, and monitor heat levels for optimal flavor and smooth airflow.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance for all shisha equipment.
• Interact warmly with guests, taking orders and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with lounge/restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily service operations.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant, Resort, Bar/Pub
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• SSC
• Diploma in Hotel Management in Hospitality Management

• Age 23 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Shisha Maker or Waiter.
• GCC Experience: Candidates with prior experience in Gulf / GCC countries will be given strong preference.
• Basic English or Arabic communication skills are a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and comfortable working standard evening/night shifts in lounge settings.
