Senior Restaurant Waiter

We are looking for an experienced and professional Senior Restaurant Waiter to join our team.

Therefore, the candidate must have a good level of English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction at all times

• Guide and support junior waiters during service hours

• Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues promptly

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area

• Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations

• Follow restaurant policies, service procedures, and safety standards

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant, Catering
