Job Description
Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize production downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions.
Lead and develop the maintenance team while ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Coordinate with Production and other departments to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
Education
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 28 years
Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing/FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, utilities, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
