Senior Officer/Officer – Production

Execute daily production plans to achieve production targets efficiently.

Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.

Optimize machine utilization and minimize production losses and downtime.

Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse teams for uninterrupted operations.

Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.

Ensure proper manpower utilization and promote a safe and disciplined work environment.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Experience in the production of snacks, coffee, condensed milk, or other food products will be preferred.

Sound knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and production processes.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in shifts and under production deadlines.
