Job Description
Communicating with customers to understand the problems of their products.
Thoroughly inspecting and testing the electronic components and circuits of the products.
Identifying damages and other malfunctions and then repairing the products accordingly.
Provide instant support to sales channel partners for sales development.
Following all standard operating procedures of the establishment.
Make sure the repaired product performs like a brand-new one.
Appropriately handling all repairs and testing equipment’s.
Effectively managing time and meeting all specified targets and deadlines.
Completing every assignment which is given by the authorities/Incharge.
