Corporate Service Executive-Refrigerator
Job Description
Overseeing after sales service complaints of Corporate Clients.
Monitoring complaints from VIP corporate clients & CSD and ensure monthly SLA meetup .
Composing B2B service agreements to ensure clear terms and mutual understanding.
Providing business insights from a service perspective to enhance decision-making.
Aligning corporate service strategies with overarching business goals
Fostering strong relationships, effective communication, and trust with corporate clients to ensure longterm partnerships.
Prepare, submit & collect bill of NW & warranty-void service from corporate clients.
Compiling monthly service status reports & summary of key insights for strategic analysis.
Draft buffer spare parts & backup product plans at SP to ensure comitted service.
Take initiatives to identify opportunities for product development and
business expansion.Conduct B2B Meeting and L&G as per requirements.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies
Education
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
