Job Description
Job Area: Dhaka, Bogura, Narayangonj, Chattogram, Comilla, Khulna, Shylet, Noakhali, Gazipur, Barishal, Rajshahi,Faridpur, Mymenshing, Tangail, Rangpur District.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with banking products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Process account-related requests and service applications.
Educate customers about digital banking channels and new banking products.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Ensure compliance with customer service policies and banking regulations.
Education
- Masters
Master’s Degree from a recognized university or Kamil Degree from an Alia Madrasa, with First Class/Division or equivalent CGPA in any two public examinations.
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 32 years
Good communication and writing Skills both in English and Bengali
Strong interpersonal skills.
Willing to work under pressure and must be able to multi-task and be flexible.
Must be disciplined and dependable.
Proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel, power-point and photo shop.
Willing to work in anywhere in Bangladesh.
Willing to motor drive will be getting added advantage.
Experience:
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the same field as contractual or outsourced employees in Banks or NBFIs (not mandatory).
Age Limit:
Maximum age at the time of joining: 32 years
(Age limit may be relaxed for candidates with relevant experience.)
