Business Support Associate

Job Area: Dhaka, Bogura, Narayangonj, Chattogram, Comilla, Khulna, Shylet, Noakhali, Gazipur, Barishal, Rajshahi,Faridpur, Mymenshing, Tangail, Rangpur District.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to banking business units.

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.

• Maintain customer and business records accurately.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth banking operations.

• Monitor daily business activities and support process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Support branch and corporate banking activities as assigned.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking

• Masters

• Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with First Class/Division or equivalent CGPA in any two public examinations.

• Age At most 35 years

• Good communication and writing Skills both in English and Bengali

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Willing to work under pressure and must be able to multi-task and be flexible.

• Must be disciplined and dependable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel, power-point and photo shop.

• Willing to work in anywhere in Bangladesh.

• Willing to motor drive will be getting added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing.

• Candidates having experience in the same field as contractual or outsourced employees in Banks or Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) will be given preference (not mandatory).

Age Limit:

• Maximum age at the time of joining: 35 years

• (Age limit may be relaxed for candidates with relevant experience.)
