Job Description
- Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Maintain employee personal files, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and manpower records management.
- Prepare HR-related reports, letters, certificates, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and organizational records.
- Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by management.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Property Management & Preservation Services
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management
- Master of Business Management (MBM) in Human Resource Management, Management
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Only Female
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act and HR practices.
- Positive attitude, integrity, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- 2 years of experience in HR or Administration will be preferred.
