Job Description

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, payment schedules, and journal entries.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor project-wise costs and expenses.
  • Maintain VAT, Tax, and other regulatory compliance records.
  • Support external and internal audit activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Assist management with financial analysis and reporting as required.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Building & Construction Materials

Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting

Additional Requirements

  • Age 23 to 35 years
  • Knowledge in accounting principles and financial reporting. Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
