Job Description
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, payment schedules, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor project-wise costs and expenses.
- Maintain VAT, Tax, and other regulatory compliance records.
- Support external and internal audit activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist management with financial analysis and reporting as required.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Building & Construction Materials
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 35 years
- Knowledge in accounting principles and financial reporting. Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
