Sales Executive (Power Tools)

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive (Power Tools) to drive demand generation and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to boost product awareness and sales within the assigned territory.

• Identify, engage, and convert potential customers to grow market share.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Conduct research and analysis to uncover growth opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.

• Coordinate campaigns, events, and product demonstrations to stimulate demand.

• Consistently achieve personal and team sales targets and KPIs set by management.

• Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and technical support teams to deliver seamless solutions.

• Provide guidance on product features and benefits, monitor customer feedback, and resolve issues promptly to uphold brand reputation.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Consulting Firms, Manpower Recruitment

• Bachelor/Honors

• Graduate in any discipline; Master`s/MBA in Marketing preferred.

• Candidates with B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical from reputed institutes will be prioritized.

• Age At least 25 years

• Minimum 2 years in channel sales, with hands-on expertise in Sales/Channel Marketing. Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to manage tasks effectively under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client and partner relationships.

• Dynamic, well-organized, self-driven, and possessing a confident personality.

• A strong team-player mindset and collaborative approach.
