Assistant Manager, Sales
Job Description
Achieve assigned sales targets for SEL’s residential and/or commercial real estate projects through effective lead follow-up, client meetings, site visits, and booking conversion.
Attend prospective clients professionally and provide accurate information on project features, location, apartment/commercial space size, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and delivery timeline.
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits to support the sales process and improve client confidence in SEL’s projects.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients to improve conversion ratio and ensure timely progress from inquiry to booking.
Support the Manager/DGM Sales in implementing project-wise sales plans, promotional activities, client engagement initiatives, and sales campaigns.
Maintain updated records of leads, client interactions, site visits, booking status, payment follow-up, and sales pipeline for management review.
Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Accounts, Documentation, Legal, and Construction teams to ensure smooth client service and timely response to client queries.
Support preparation of booking documents, client files, payment schedules, allotment-related documents, and other sales-related records as per company policy.
Monitor competitor projects, pricing, customer preferences, and market feedback, and share relevant observations with the reporting authority.
Ensure ethical sales practices, accurate client communication, confidentiality of company information, and compliance with approved pricing, discount, payment, and documentation guidelines.
Experience
- 4 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
