Job Description

  1. Achieve assigned sales targets for allocated real estate projects through effective lead management, client follow-up, site visits, negotiation, and booking conversion.

  2. Manage day-to-day sales activities of the assigned project/team and ensure proper execution of sales plans approved by the DGM Sales/GM Sales.

  3. Handle prospective and existing clients professionally by providing accurate project information, pricing, payment plans, documentation requirements, and delivery timelines.

  4. Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits to promote SEL’s apartments/commercial spaces and strengthen client confidence in the company.

  5. Supervise and guide Sales Executives/Officers to ensure disciplined follow-up, quality client handling, timely reporting, and achievement of individual sales targets.

  6. Maintain updated sales pipeline, lead status, client feedback, booking information, and project-wise sales records for management review.

  7. Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Accounts, Legal, Documentation, and Construction teams to ensure smooth client servicing from inquiry to booking and handover support.

  8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer expectations, and pricing feedback, and share relevant insights with DGM Sales/GM Sales.

  9. Support sales campaigns, project launches, promotional activities, real estate fairs, and client engagement initiatives as per management direction.

  10. Ensure compliance with approved pricing, discount, payment, documentation, and client communication guidelines while maintaining SEL’s professional image and ethical sales standards.

Experience

  • 6 to 9 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Real Estate, Developer

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
