Job Description
• Must have basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Must be familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and general troubleshooting procedures.
• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
• CC Camera and NVR Install and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and ensure smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and business applications..
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for IT-related maintenance and support.
• Provide technical assistance to users and resolve day-to-day IT issues promptly.
• Any others task assign by management.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
Education
- Diploma in Computer in Communication Engineering
- Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Computer Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 30 years
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/factory environment.
Willingness to work beyond official working hours if required for urgent IT support or system maintenance·
Willingness to visit other factories or locations as per job requirements for IT support or troubleshooting purposes.
