Job Description
Head of Job Trainer:
Systematic Training Implementation: Develop and execute structured training modules for operators to ensure they master the 'Standard Operating Procedure' (SOP) for each operation.
Productivity Optimization: Conduct rigorous SMV (Standard Minute Value) analysis and train operators to achieve the target efficiency from the very first hour of production.
Line Balancing & Flow Control: Proactively identify bottlenecks within the production line, perform real-time line balancing, and ensure a smooth flow of components.
Technical Skill Assessment: Maintain and update comprehensive skill matrices for all operators to monitor performance trends and identify areas requiring re-training.
New Style Introduction: Lead the technical setup during the pilot run of new styles, ensuring all quality and productivity benchmarks are met before full-scale production.
NPT Mitigation: Constantly monitor and minimize Non-Productive Time (NPT) by ensuring operators have the correct machine attachments, tools, and technical guidance.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the garment industry.
Sewing Coach:
Floor-Level Technical Troubleshooting: Provide immediate, hands-on technical support to fix machine-related issues or complex sewing difficulties on the floor.
2.Quality Assurance & Defect Reduction: Enforce stringent quality checks at every stage, coaching operators on stitching precision to minimize rework and repair rates.
3.Operator Coaching & Mentoring: Observe individual operator habits, identify ergonomic or technical flaws, and provide one-on-one coaching to improve their dexterity and speed.
4.Operational Excellence: Assist in the maintenance of sewing machines and ensure that settings (tension, stitch length, etc.) are optimized for specific fabric types.
5.Production Support: Collaborate with production supervisors to solve persistent quality or technical bottlenecks that hinder target achievement.
6.Minimum 15 years of experience in the garment industry.

Excellent communication skill of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
In-depth knowledge of various industrial sewing machines, garment construction, and needle-to-fabric technicalities.
