Automobile Engineer

• Perform advanced diagnostics using car scanning tools and engine analyzers.

• Oversee the repair and maintenance of Continuously Variable Transmissions (CVT) and hybrid vehicles.

• Manage and guide a team of technicians, providing mentorship and ensuring high standards of work.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles.      

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.    

• Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.   

• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

• Assist in the development and implementation of service procedures and standards.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Automobile, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Motor Workshop

• Diploma in Engineering in Automobile
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

• Age At least 25 years

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in automotive service and repair.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and engine analyzers.

Strong knowledge of CVT and hybrid vehicle systems.

Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication skills.Should be honest and hard working.

Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.

Must have driving experience with deiving license.

Good command in Bengali and English.

Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.

Any other job as per management`s requirement.
