Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell real estate plots, apartments, and hotel/resort shares
Generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, and networking
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Build long-term relationships with clients and investors
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain proper sales records and follow-up with potential clients
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Real Estate, Resort, Developer, Real Estate Startup
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Any Requited University
- Bachelor of Real Estate (BRE)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Any Requited University
- Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Any Repuited University
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Only Male
Requirements:
>Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
>Proven experience in sales (real estate/share business preferred)
>Smart, presentable, and confident personality
>Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
>Good knowledge of local property market trends
>Digital marketing knowledge will be an added advantage
