Job Description
- Promote and sell real estate plots, apartments, and hotel/resort shares
- Generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, and networking
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Build long-term relationships with clients and investors
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain proper sales records and follow-up with potential clients
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Real Estate, Resort, Developer, Real Estate Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Real Estate (BRE)
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 30 years
- Only Male
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in sales (real estate/share business preferred).
- Smart, presentable, and confident personality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of local property market trends.
- Digital marketing knowledge will be an added advantage.
