Job Purpose

The role is responsible for providing operational and coordination support to ensure effective implementation of program activities and partnership initiatives. The role focuses on tracking progress, maintaining documentation, supporting stakeholder coordination, and assisting in pilot initiatives and campaigns to ensure quality service delivery and smooth program operations within BRAC.

Location: BRAC Head Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the Annual Operation Plan in tracking program activities against agreed targets and support the preparation of regular progress reports.
  • Maintain and update program trackers, databases, and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Support documentation and sharing of lessons learned across teams within BRAC.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements (internal and external), including logistics and follow-up actions.
  • Support communication and relationship management with local partners and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and reviewing project concept notes and partnership proposals.
  • Support due diligence processes by compiling required documents and information for potential partnerships.
  • Provide operational support for pilot initiatives, field testing activities, and campaign implementation.
  • Assist in monitoring field-level activities and collect feedback from clients and partners.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps and sharing observations with supervisors.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and basic briefing materials as required.
  • Ensure proper filing of partnership agreements, reports, and relevant correspondence.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support program and partnership objectives.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Education

Bachelor’s in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 30 years
  • Understanding of Microfinance (MF) business and Logical Framework (LogFrame).

  • Basic knowledge of research methodology.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and managerial skills.

  • Proposal writing, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
