Compliance Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to ensure workplace compliance, safety standards, legal requirements, and ethical business practices within Executive Woodworks Ltd. (EWL). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of factory compliance, labor laws, audit procedures, and operational standards.

 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.

• Conduct internal compliance audits and inspections.

• Maintain compliance-related documents, reports, and certifications.

• Monitor workplace safety, hygiene, and employee welfare standards.

• Coordinate with management and external auditors regarding compliance matters.

• Provide compliance training and awareness programs for employees.

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compliance or factory operations.

• Strong knowledge of labor law, compliance standards, and audit procedures.

• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors will be preferred.
