Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, smart, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead the overall operations of our premium dining restaurant, SLAW Bistro. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capability, excellent hospitality management skills, and experience in handling high-end restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional customer service and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure premium service standards.
Restaurant staff, scheduling, training, and team performance.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle guest relations professionally.
Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and operational efficiency.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate with management to implement business and marketing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
Experience in premium or fine-dining restaurants will be highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
