Job Description

  • Make sales call plan and visit at least 4/5 clients a day (Area based sales).

  • Builds rapport and trust with customers by being informed about customer ’s business and the market.

  • Manages medium and small sized Business Customers.

  • Assesses the type and size of customer needs.

  • Recommends solutions based on customer needs by using industry knowledge.

  • Closes business connecting a customer need with a solution and the value it may create for the customer.

  • Supports customer retention by conducting joints visits with management and organizing workshops inviting customers to share information on updated regulations, products, etc.

  • Uses networks within the various Sales channels to collaborate on customers, marketing strategies and offers a full supply chain of services to service customer needs.

  • Gathers customer and market information to update Product and Trade Lane on current conditions.

  • Wins, retains and develops medium and small sized Business Customers.

  • Need 2/3 new clients every month.

  • Generate Sales leads for both export and import business.

  • We are working as agent for Renowned Multinational Freight Forwarding Company.

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping, Freight forwarding

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
    • Masters
  • BRAC University,United International University,Independent University, Bangladesh,University of Dhaka,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 30 years
  • Only Male
  • Dynamic and self-stater, energetic and proactive ("hunter" mindset)
  • Good communication and presentation skills, ideally selling experience in competitive markets
  • Comfortable with outdoor/field sales4. Relationship-driven but also target-focused
  • Knowledge on SEA and AIR products(AFR/OFR)
