Site Engineer (Civil)

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction project.

• Receiving materials at site.

• Store management.

• MRR, bill preparation, site petty cash management.

• Materials quality and quantity assurance during receiving.

• Labor bill preparation.

• Control material waste in site.

• Record material stock and maintain register balance.

• Issue materials each day and keep the records up to date.

• Assist project engineer in preparing requisition materials.

• Make sure security and safe storage of materials in site store.

• Responsible for materials inter-transfer between sites.

• Implement work as per instruction by project in charge.

• Execute project work as per specification.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

• Diploma in civil engineering (From public polytechnic institute)

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Have to stay in the site.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Good communication skill

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.

• Experience in apartment and commercial building is must.

• Must have enough knowledge about all construction materials.

Skill:

• Should have enough knowledge about computer to process all information as per the requirement.

• Should have advance knowledge about MS Office

• Sufficient knowledge about AUTO-CAD (2D, 3D).

• Should have knowledge about ERP posting.

• Mobile bill, Provident fund
