QA QC Engineer (Civil)

Job Context
MG Properties Limited (a Mohammadi Group company) is looking for a skilled QA-QC Engineer. The role involves ensuring construction quality, inspecting works, maintaining compliance with drawings and specifications, and addressing any non-conformities on site. The candidate should have solid knowledge of QA/QC practices, construction materials, and industry standards, with the ability to work closely with project teams, contractors, and consultants to deliver high quality projects.
Job Responsibility
Supervision of daily project works.
Prepare daily work program.
Execution of works as per specification.
Inspect product dimension, line, level finish and functions as per drawing or specification or instruction.
To ensure and control quality of construction related materials.
To ensure site safety and security matters.
Implement the work allocated by project in charge.
Control wastage of materials in project.
Maintain check list of patch work and ensure execution.
Oversee the mobilization of manpower and assess worker proficiency
To check inventory related papers at project level.
Prepare labor bill.
To perform any other job assigned by management or supervisor.
Experience
- 6 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Education
- Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
Age above 30
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Good communication skill
Experience
06-10 years of experience in relevant field
Must have enough knowledge about all construction work
Full building handover and maintenance experience.
Skill Required
Should have advance knowledge about MS Office
Sufficient knowledge about AUTO-CAD
Daily labor management
Exterior glasswork, fair face work.
