Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Management Support: Efficiently manage, coordinate, and schedule the daily appointments, meetings, and official correspondences of the top management.
Accounts & Finance: Maintain accurate records of daily/weekly financial accounts, oversee corporate expenses, and handle cash transactions with absolute transparency.
HR & Supervision: Monitor office staff operations, maintain high workplace discipline, and assist in managing human resource protocols.
Marketing & Sales Support: Contribute actively to the brand’s marketing campaigns, social media tracking, and promotional activities to maximize revenue.
Target Achievement: Take professional responsibility to align with the sales team and contribute directly toward fulfilling business sales targets.
Security & Oversight: Oversee internal facility security, supervise access control (utilizing prior security knowledge), and maintain strict administrative oversight.
Experience
- 2 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Education
- Bachelor/Honors

- Age 25 to 35 years

Experience & Additional Requirements:Multifaceted Experience: Proven operational experience in handling basic Accounts, HR administration, and Sales/Marketing activities.Security Background: Prior experience or strong familiarity with security management and supervision protocols is mandatory.Stress & Pressure Management: Must have a proven track record of working professionally under high-pressure environments and meeting tight timelines effortlessly.Appearance: Excellent presentable personality, tall physique, and an exceptionally smart and stylish look.

Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: BDT 25,000 - 30,000 (Negotiable based on expertise and experience).
Sales Target Bonus: Attractive performance-based financial incentives upon successfully meeting company sales targets.
Festival Bonus: 25% of the basic salary as an Eid bonus (applicable for two major Eids).
Weekly Holiday: 1 Day off per week.
