Dhanmondi Branch: 02 (01 Male & 01 Female)
Job Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Efficiently manage day-to-day salon operations, ensure premium customer service, and oversee overall workflow.
Billing & Accounts: Operate salon management software for accurate automated billing and maintain proper daily financial accounts.
Client Relations & Marketing: Maintain outstanding relationships with clients, actively market salon services and retail products, and drive sales using strong convincing power.
Team & HR Management: Supervise salon staff, hair stylists, and therapists; manage duty rosters, monitor attendance, and look after HR compliance.
Target Achievement: Take active responsibility for achieving the designated daily and monthly branch sales targets.
Duty Timings:
Female Manager (Dhanmondi Branch): 09:30 AM to 08:30 PM
Male Manager (Dhanmondi & Madhabpur Branches): 09:30 AM to 10:00 PM
Experience
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
Experience & Additional Requirements:
Experience: Proven prior experience in managing professional salons, premium parlors, call centers, or customer-oriented retail outlets is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with a polite, clear, and professional tone (Call Center Tone standard speech).
Appearance: Must possess a highly presentable personality, stylish outlook, tall physique, and proper corporate grooming.
Core Competencies: Exceptional client handling ability, crisis management skills, and strong persuasive/convincing power.

Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: BDT 25,000 - 30,000 (Negotiable based on experience and expertise).
Sales Commission: Attractive daily commission incentives upon meeting the designated daily sales targets.
Eid Bonus: 25% of the basic salary as a festival bonus (applicable for two major Eids after completing 1 consecutive year of service).
Weekly Holiday: 1 Day off per week.
