Job Description

  • Develop and execute corporate sales targets and lead a team of corporate sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. 

  • Manage key customer relationships and develop new business opportunities. 

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities and risk. 

  • Support the Head of Corporate Business in executing the corporate sales strategy aligned with organizational goals. 

  • Provide regular training and performance feedback to enhance team productivity. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to foster long-term partnerships. 

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve market positioning. 

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Insurance, Telecommunication, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

Education

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
