Corporate Sales Manager
Job Description
Develop and execute corporate sales targets and lead a team of corporate sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Manage key customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities and risk.
Support the Head of Corporate Business in executing the corporate sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Provide regular training and performance feedback to enhance team productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve market positioning.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Insurance, Telecommunication, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Proven track record of driving business growth and managing large-scale insurance portfolios.
