Job Description

  • Drive and strengthen retail distribution across the assigned region for maximum retail business growth

  • Provide strategic leadership to the sales teams across retail branches to achieve targets and meet the KPIs

  • Identify new opportunities, build partnerships and expand retail presence across the assigned area

  • Recruit, develop and oversee the retail business performance of Branch Managers and Business Producers

  • Monitor retail sales campaigns, bonus initiatives, market trends and competitors’ activities

  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the retail sales team, fostering a high-performance and results driven culture

Experience

  • At least 10 years

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
    • Masters

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 50 years
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking or financial services
  • Strong analytical ability to assess market trends and drive channel growth strategies
  • Capability to develop and expand retail distribution networks for business growth
  • Expertise in channel development, partner management and sales performance optimization
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute scalable retail expansion plans
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue through effective growth strategies
