Job Description
Drive and strengthen retail distribution across the assigned region for maximum retail business growth
Provide strategic leadership to the sales teams across retail branches to achieve targets and meet the KPIs
Identify new opportunities, build partnerships and expand retail presence across the assigned area
Recruit, develop and oversee the retail business performance of Branch Managers and Business Producers
Monitor retail sales campaigns, bonus initiatives, market trends and competitors’ activities
Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the retail sales team, fostering a high-performance and results driven culture
Experience
- At least 10 years
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 50 years
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking or financial services
- Strong analytical ability to assess market trends and drive channel growth strategies
- Capability to develop and expand retail distribution networks for business growth
- Expertise in channel development, partner management and sales performance optimization
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute scalable retail expansion plans
- Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue through effective growth strategies
