Job Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients and support new client onboarding activities.
- Assist in bill submission, follow-up and collection processes.
- Handle customer queries and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain updated client records, databases and relevant documentation.
- Support the planning and execution of client engagement activities and important client events.
- Send emails and make calls as instructed by the Line Manager.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager and team members.
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
Educational Requirements: Minimum Graduation/Post-Graduation in Business Discipline.
Preferred Universities: Students from NSU, IUB, EWU, AIUB, UIU & DU will get preference.
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Bangla.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hard-working, self-motivated and possess a positive attitude.
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with colleagues, managers and clients.
Must be energetic, proactive and comfortable with frequent field visits.
Must have good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn, adapt and work in a dynamic business environment.

Client Visit Reimbursement (at actual) as per company policy.
Based on performance, successful trainee may be offered permanent employment upon completion of the training period.
