Job Description
Duration: 3 Months

Job Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening and interview coordination with line managers.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities, including candidate verification and preparation of joining documentation.
- Send emails as instructed by the Line Manager.
- Help to maintain accurate records of employee and leave requests.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases such as employee records.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform other duties as assigned by HR management.
- Assist in planning, organizing and coordinating company events and employee engagement activities.
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
Educational Requirements: Minimum Graduation/Post Graduation in Business Discipline (Preferably in HRM).
Preferred Universities: Students from NSU, IUB, EWU, AIUB, UIU & DU will get preference.
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 25 years
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Bangla.
Ability to maintain accurate records, manage multiple tasks and ensure effective documentation.
Hard-working, self-motivated and positive attitude.
Ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers and external contacts.
Must have good knowledge about MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Based on performance, successful trainee may be offered permanent employment upon completion of the training period.
