Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell resort rooms, event venues, corporate packages, and special offers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and business partners.
Identify and generate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to increase bookings and revenue.
Support and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Prepare sales reports and market analysis as required.

Experience
- 2 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Resort
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 20 years
- Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Hospitality Industry will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and marketing skills are encouraged to apply.
Special Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms and tools.
- Experience in promoting businesses through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to create and manage digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), content marketing, and online branding.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Photoshop, or similar marketing tools will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and within a team.
- Candidates with proven success in generating bookings and sales through digital marketing campaigns will receive preference.
