Job Description

Job Overview: The Assistant Manager – Operations and Sales needs to oversee the overall day-to-day operations of Shayan Resort while actively contributing to sales and marketing initiatives. This role ensures smooth operational procedures, excellent guest experiences, and the achievement of revenue targets through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.

  • Ensure consistent service standards, cleanliness, and safety in all guest areas.

  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely availability of operational needs.

  • Coordinate staffing schedules and support team training and performance development.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings, especially for weekends, holidays, and off-peak seasons.

  • Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and online booking platforms (OTAs).

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Organize and promote resort packages, events, and special offers.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Experience

  • 4 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
