Duty-Free Warehouse Specialist

1. Inventory & Material Handling Execute the receiving, inspection, and systematic storage of imported duty-free yarns, fabrics, trims, based on approved L/Cs and shipping documents.

2. Compliance & Customs Adherence

• Maintain meticulous daily logs of inward and outward movements of bonded materials for real-time reconciliation with customs declarations (e.g., Bill of Entry).
• Assist the Customs Executive/Officer in filing necessary returns, transfer memos, and surplus material disposal requests.
• Immediately report any discrepancies, shortages, or damages in bonded inventory to management and customs compliance teams.

3. Warehouse Operations & Safety

• Optimize warehouse layout and bin locations to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly full physical stock takes to ensure 100% system-to-physical accuracy.

• Diploma

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse management experience in a garment/textile manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years specifically handling a Bonded/Duty-Free Warehouse under Bangladesh Customs jurisdiction.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel. Strong understanding of Bangladesh Customs Act, Bonded Warehouse Rules, and EPZ regulations.
• Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Bengali; ability to read and interpret commercial documents and customs forms.
• Core Competencies: High level of integrity, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure during peak shipment seasons.
