Job Description
Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets for accessories (e.g., buttons, zippers, labels, packaging, trims).
Identify new business opportunities, including potential buyers in the local RMG sector and international markets (Europe/USA).
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed individual and collective targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training on product knowledge and negotiation skills.
Coordinate daily activities between the sales team and the production/merchandising teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Client Relationship Management;
Market Analysis;
Other tasks assigned by management .
Education
- Diploma in Business Studies
