Sr. Relationship Manager- Corporate Banking (FAVP-AVP)
Job Description
To achieve the business budget.
To develop account strategy in line with the Head of Business.
Provide smart financial services and solutions, ensuring the Bank’s interest.
Grow the customer base through marketing and business development efforts, including cross-selling to the existing customer base.
Ensure that credit quality is maintained and customer reviews are completed in a timely manner.
To raise early warning report as per policy
To monitor, supervise, and make frequent visits to the customers/project as and when required.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business through regular customer visits and industry research.
Ensure facility risk grades are accurate, and are changed in a timely manner as soon as adverse information is known.
Seek assistance from CRM at the earliest if adverse trends in a customer’s financial/business position are noted.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements, and that all internal and external audit recommendations are implemented.
Train, educate the ARMs/ROs to be assigned in the portfolio.
Experience
- 6 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 38 to 45 years

Candidates working in a centralized bank will be preferred.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
