Jr Executive- QS / QA (Padding & Quilting Factory)
Job Description
Conduct final inspection of finished products before shipment.
Ensure products meet buyer requirements and company quality standards.
Identify defects, analyze root causes, and initiate corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain final inspection reports and quality records.
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and Planning teams to resolve quality issues.
Monitor product quality and ensure shipment readiness.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 20 years
Strong knowledge of Final Inspection procedures and quality systems.
Good understanding of AQL, defect classification, and quality control processes.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipment timelines.
