Pattern Master (Bag and Luggage Factory)

Able to work with Chinese expert Technician team

Develop accurate patterns for bags, backpacks, travel luggage and other luggage products based on design specifications and samples.

Prepare pattern layouts considering material utilization, production feasibility, and cost efficiency.

Create and modify patterns using manual methods and/or CAD software as required.

Analyze product designs and convert them into production-ready patterns with correct measurements and construction details.

Produce sample patterns and coordinate with the sample development team to ensure product accuracy.

Review and improve existing patterns to enhance product quality, functionality, and manufacturing efficiency.

Calculate material consumption and provide pattern-related data for costing purposes.

Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Production, and Quality teams to resolve technical and pattern-related issues.

Maintain pattern records, specifications, grading details, and revision history for all developed products.

Ensure all patterns comply with customer requirements, quality standards, and factory production capabilities while meeting development timelines.

Experienced in Bags and Luggage based factory pattern related work·       

Good Communication in Bangla & English & interpersonal skills, self-motivated.·       

Good Counseling capability.·       

The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.·       

Proficient in MS Office Package.·       

Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
