Health And Safety Officer

We are looking for a proactive Health & Safety Engineer/Officer who will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving workplace health, safety, and environmental practices at the project site.

Responsibilities:

• Implement site safety policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

• Organize toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs.

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents.

• Prepare safety reports and maintain safety records.

• Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices.

• Coordinate emergency response and evacuation procedures.

• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.

• Support ISO 45001 and other OH&S compliance activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.

• Understanding of construction and electrical project safety requirements.

• Risk assessment and hazard identification capabilities.

• Report writing and documentation skills.

• Leadership and training abilities.

• Knowledge of emergency response planning.

• Strong observation and communication skills.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Power

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Chemistry

• Age 25 to 35 years
