Executive - Project Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator who will support the planning, execution, budgeting, and monitoring of multiple engineering projects while ensuring efficient resource utilization and project control.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate multiple projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost control measures.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
Prepare project progress reports and management presentations.
Assist in resource planning and workload distribution.
Track project risks and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements.
Support project managers in achieving project objectives.
Maintain project records and performance indicators.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of project scheduling and planning.
Hands-on experience with MS Project.
Budget monitoring and cost control expertise.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Understanding of electrical projects.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Power
Education
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Cost & Management Accounting
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
