Job Description

Job Summary:

The Assistant Product Manager will support the management of the company's product portfolio, coordinate with vendors and channel partners, assist the sales team, and contribute to the growth of the business through effective communication, planning, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining the company's product portfolio.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Support product positioning, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
  • Help prepare product presentations, proposals, and business reports.
  • Track product performance and sales trends.

Sales & Partner Coordination:

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide product information and business support.
  • Coordinate with channel partners, resellers, and customers regarding product-related inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing partner meetings, training sessions, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Follow up on business opportunities and maintain partner relationships.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Communicate with vendors regarding product updates, pricing, promotions, and business opportunities.
  • Assist in maintaining vendor documentation and program requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, product updates, and market analysis reports.
  • Maintain product databases, pricing records, and business documentation.
  • Assist management with planning, forecasting, and business reviews.

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Trading or Export/Import, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Education

    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 26 to 40 years
  • Only Male
  • Must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, business development, sales support, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the IT, networking, or technology industry will be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of networking and technology products.
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or corporate customers is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
