Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer leads from Facebook inbox, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other sales channels.
- Communicate with customers politely and professionally.
- Understand customer problems and suggest suitable products.
- Explain product price, offer, benefits, usage, and delivery process clearly.
- Confirm customer orders after proper verification.
- Check fake orders before final confirmation.
- Collect and verify customer name, phone number, address, and order details.
- Update customer information and order status in CRM or Google Sheet.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Follow up with old customers for repeat sales.
- Coordinate with the delivery team for confirmed orders.
- Support after-sales follow-up when required.
- Submit daily call, lead, and order reports.
- Follow company sales scripts, policy, and reporting system.
Education
- Higher Secondary
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 28 years
- No prior experience required.
- Basic knowledge - MS Office
