Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer leads from Facebook inbox, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other sales channels.
  • Communicate with customers politely and professionally.
  • Understand customer problems and suggest suitable products.
  • Explain product price, offer, benefits, usage, and delivery process clearly.
  • Confirm customer orders after proper verification.
  • Check fake orders before final confirmation.
  • Collect and verify customer name, phone number, address, and order details.
  • Update customer information and order status in CRM or Google Sheet.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Follow up with old customers for repeat sales.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team for confirmed orders.
  • Support after-sales follow-up when required.
  • Submit daily call, lead, and order reports.
  • Follow company sales scripts, policy, and reporting system.

Education

    • Higher Secondary

  • Age 18 to 28 years

  • Basic knowledge - MS Office
