Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Facebook/Meta ad campaigns.
- Run lead generation, message, conversion, and sales-focused campaigns.
- Analyze target audiences and create campaign strategies based on customer behavior.
- Work with content and creative teams to prepare ad copy, creative briefs, and campaign angles.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize ads based on data.
- Track important metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS, conversion rate, and sales results.
- Test multiple creatives, copies, audiences, and offers.
- Identify winning ads and scale profitable campaigns.
- Pause or improve underperforming campaigns.
- Maintain daily ad performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and conversion results.
- Research competitors’ ads and market trends.
- Ensure proper use of Facebook Pixel, event tracking, and campaign structure.
- Follow company policy, reporting system, and management instructions.
Experience
- 2 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, E-commerce Startup
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 40 years
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager.
- Practical experience in campaign setup, audience targeting, budget optimization, and ad scaling.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make decisions.
