Job Description
Operational Oversight
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the facility.
Monitor staff performance and workflow efficiency.
Staff Management
Supervise administrative and medical staff.
Handle scheduling, training, and conflict resolution.
Patient Services
Oversee patient care standards and ensure patient satisfaction.
Address and resolve patient complaints or concerns.
Financial Management
Prepare and manage budgets, billing, and expenditures.
Monitor financial performance and reduce operational costs.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure the institute complies with healthcare laws and safety standards.
Maintain records for audits, inspections, and certifications.
Inventory & Resource Management
Oversee procurement and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
Monitor stock levels and manage vendor relationships.
Quality Control
Implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
Regularly review performance metrics and patient outcomes.
Communication & Reporting
Coordinate between departments and upper management.
Prepare reports on institute performance, patient care, and staffing.
Technology & Record Keeping
Manage Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Ensure secure handling of patient data.
Strategic Planning
Assist in planning service expansion, marketing, or partnerships.
Suggest improvements for better efficiency and patient care.
Experience
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital
Education
- Masters
Masters/Equivalent, Post-graduation in HRM will get preference.
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Only Male
Strong oral and written communication skill in English.
Good computer knowledge in MS office, power point, mail, internet, etc.
