Job Context:

Beauty Castle BD is hiring Graphics Designer to produce high-quality graphics, animations, and promotional content for social media and branding. You will work closely with the marketing team to create visually consistent and impactful designs that support campaigns and product promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create compelling visual assets (static graphics, animated posts, short videos, and promotional banners) for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and the company website.
• Ensure all visual content adheres strictly to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, color, and layout across all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Content teams to translate campaign objectives and messaging into effective visual concepts.
• Develop mock-ups and prototypes for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage, organize, and maintain the brand’s digital asset library (photos, videos, design files).
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital media formats, and platform-specific requirements (e.g., social media ad specifications).
• Perform professional retouching, color correction, and enhancement of product photography for high-quality presentation.

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Age At least 18 years
• Only Male

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Graphics Design or a related creative visual field.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in digital design for social media and e-commerce, preferably within the beauty or lifestyle sector.
• Software Expertise (Mandatory): Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Design Fundamentals: Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Industry Preference: Experience in designing for skincare & beauty brands is a significant plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
