We are seeking highly connected industry professionals, business development partners, and Sales Executives who can leverage their existing network and relationships to introduce strategic customers and generate substantial garment business opportunities for CFL.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce CFL to strategic buyers and sourcing teams.
- Generate new customer development opportunities.
- Convert relationships into development programs and confirmed orders.
- Drive sustainable business growth within assigned territories.
- Develop long-term customer partnerships.
- Promote CFL's woven apparel manufacturing capabilities.
- Support business expansion into new international markets.
Your primary responsibility will be to onboard global brands, retailers, buying houses, sourcing offices, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and private-label customers within your assigned territory. Global Territories Available

We are looking for professionals who have:
- Previously worked with leading global retailers, brands, buying offices, sourcing organizations, or large-scale garment manufacturers.
- Successfully supplied apparel products to international retailers and brands through established garment businesses.
- Built strong relationships with sourcing, procurement, merchandising, product development, and buying teams.
Candidates must have proven access to decision-makers and a demonstrated track record of generating substantial apparel business opportunities.
Experience
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Washing Factory
